AI & workflow automation · India

We automate the repetitive half of running an online shop.

Customer chats, catalogue copy, ad feeds, print jobs, courier bookings. We build the systems that do these, then we run them alongside your team.

What we run

Seven systems, all running in production today.

We started by automating our own group of wall-art and décor shops: five brands, several thousand products, orders from Shopify and Amazon. Everything below runs every day, so we can show it working before you commit to anything.

  1. 01

    WhatsApp commerce desk

Your WhatsApp number answers enquiries, sends products from your catalogue, takes payment inside the chat and turns that payment into a real store order. Your staff keep using the WhatsApp Business app.

Built onWhatsApp Cloud API · Embedded Signup with coexistence · Flows · order_details payments (Razorpay) · Shopify Admin API

  2. 02

    Catalogue AI

A vision model reads every product image, then drafts the title, description, attributes and alt text. Validation gates reject wrong values before anything goes live.

Built onGemini vision · rule catalogues · Amazon flat-file validation · Shopify bulk APIs

  3. 03

    Image & mockup production

Room mockups at true scale, size-guide slides and print-ready upscales, produced in batches with checks that catch padding, borders and wrong ratios.

Built onGeometry-locked mockup pools · GPU upscaling · Adobe tooling

  4. 04

    Ads & feed operations

Product feeds labelled so each campaign gets the right products. An hourly report goes to a sheet, and change history is read before any edit.

Built onGoogle Ads scripts · Merchant Center · GA4 · Meta pixel & catalogue

  5. 05

    Order-to-dispatch

New orders from every channel go into one print job. Box sizes and weights follow your packing rules, and couriers are booked with tracking written back to the order.

Built onShopify & Amazon order APIs · Shiprocket · eShipz · print-floor sheets

  6. 06

    Social publishing

A queue that posts to Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest on schedule, in each brand's own layout and voice, with no laptop left running.

Built onMeta Graph API · Pinterest API · Make · Cloudflare cron

  7. 07

    Store builds & storefront SEO

Shopify stores set up end to end: collections, structured data, page speed and copy written for search engines and AI assistants.

Built onShopify themes · JSON-LD · Search Console · Indexing API

The WhatsApp desk, in detail

Your number, your customers, your data.

CraftTint connects a business's own WhatsApp Business Account to our messaging system through Meta's Embedded Signup. The business signs in with Facebook, picks its own number and approves access. We never hold its Facebook login.

If the number is already on the WhatsApp Business app, onboarding uses coexistence, so staff keep chatting from their phones while the automated replies, payments and order updates run through the API on the same number.

We only message customers who have contacted the business or placed an order with it. We don't send cold marketing or buy contact lists. A customer who replies “stop” isn't messaged again.

How we handle WhatsApp data →

Replies
Answer enquiries about products, sizes, prices and delivery within WhatsApp's 24-hour customer-service window.
Interactive messages
Reply buttons, product lists from the business's own catalogue, and WhatsApp Flows that collect size, orientation and delivery address.
Payments
Review-and-pay order messages through the business's own Razorpay account. Each captured payment is checked, then becomes a paid order in its store.
Utility templates
Order confirmation, payment reminder and shipping/tracking updates the customer expects.
Account management
Read the number's status, subscribe our webhook, create and check message templates, connect the catalogue, and run the one-time contact and chat-history sync that coexistence requires.
Handover
Anything the bot can't answer goes to a person, with the full thread in front of them.
Scenarios

What it looks like on the customer's phone.

Four conversations our WhatsApp desk is built for, with what happens behind each message. Names and amounts are examples.

Scenario 01 · Late-night enquiry to paid order

A customer asks about a size at 11:41 pm. By 11:46 the order exists.

The shop is closed, but the enquiry doesn't wait until morning.

  1. Customer messages the store's WhatsApp number from an ad or the website. Our webhook receives the message.
  2. The bot replies with size buttons, then sends the product card from the store's own WhatsApp catalogue.
  3. Customer taps a size. A WhatsApp Flow collects the delivery address.
  4. We send a review-and-pay order message. The customer pays by UPI or card through the store's Razorpay account.
  5. Payment captured → confirmed with Meta's payment lookup → paid order created in Shopify, so it goes into the normal print and dispatch flow.
  6. Order status and a confirmation message go back to the customer.

Scenario 02 · Custom request

“Can you make it without the boats?” goes to a person, with the details already collected.

Custom work needs a human, but the human shouldn't have to ask five questions first.

  1. The bot recognises a change request on an existing artwork.
  2. A WhatsApp Flow collects the artwork code, the change, the size and a reference photo.
  3. The thread is tagged custom and passed to the team with everything attached.
  4. Once the price is agreed, the person sends a payment message from the same thread.

Hi, Riya from the studio here. That works beautifully. Here's your price and a preview by this evening.14:20
Scenario 03 · After the sale

Shipping updates arrive where the customer already talks to the shop.

No “where is my order” calls, because the answer reaches the customer first.

  1. The courier is booked from our dispatch system. Tracking is written back to the store order.
  2. An approved utility template sends the tracking link to the customer on WhatsApp.
  3. Delivered and read statuses come back to our webhook and are logged against the order.
  4. If the customer replies, the thread opens for the team as a normal chat.

Scenario 04 · Onboarding a business

A shop connects its existing number in about five minutes, and nothing in the app is lost.

Here's what the business owner sees when they join our WhatsApp desk.

  1. The owner opens our signup page and clicks Connect WhatsApp, which opens Meta's Embedded Signup.
  2. They sign in with Facebook, choose their business portfolio and enter the number they use on the WhatsApp Business app.
  3. They scan a QR code in the app to confirm and choose whether to share recent chat history.
  4. We subscribe our webhook to their account, sync contacts and history once, and connect their catalogue.
  5. The app keeps working on their phone. They can disconnect any time from the app's settings.

How we work

From a messy spreadsheet to a system that runs every day.

Most projects start with one painful daily task. We automate that first, prove it on your real data, then move on to the next.

1

Map

We sit with the person who does the task today and write down every step, exception and workaround.

2

Build

We build the automation with checks at every step, so a wrong value stops the run before it reaches a customer.

3

Run

It runs on your data under our watch. Every change goes in a log, with a daily summary to your phone.

4

Hand over

You own the accounts and the data, and we document it all. Keep us running it, or take it in-house.

  • Your accounts stay yours.Your Shopify store, WhatsApp Business Account, ad accounts and payment gateway are registered in your business's name. We work through partner or app access you can remove at any time.
  • Nothing customer-facing ships unchecked.AI drafts, rules and people approve. Every pipeline has validation gates before anything goes live.
  • No dark patterns, no spam.We only message people who asked to hear from you, and we follow WhatsApp's commerce and messaging policies.
  • Boring and traceable.Every automated action is logged with a timestamp, so you can always see what ran and why.
Who we are
